This is your opportunity to meet with representatives from several four-year institutions. Learn about admission requirements, financial aid and scholarship opportunities, transfer credits, and more.

Participating schools include: UMD, UMBC, UMGC, Bowie State University, Hood College, and many others.

Join GW’s dedicated transfer admissions team for an on-campus open house, designed just for you—the future transfer student! You'll discover the advantages GW students gain from our Washington, D.C., location with enriched academic, social, and professional experiences, and get the chance to hear from current GW transfer students. In addition, we’ll share "insider" tips on the transfer admissions process and how to apply for financial aid on a schedule that will position you best for affordability. Please note that this event runs from 1:30 to 4 p.m. with an optional campus tour and complimentary dinner at a GW dining hall from 4 to 6 p.m. GW looks forward to meeting you!”

    This event is designed to give prospective students a firsthand look at the incredible opportunities waiting for them at Morgan.

    Students attending Explore Morgan Day will have the chance to:
    • Tour the beautiful campus, guided by current students.
    • Speak with Admissions and Financial Aid staff to learn about the application process and scholarship opportunities.
    • Meet representatives from various schools and majors to explore academic programs and career paths.
    • Get a taste of campus life with delicious dining options available.

Time: Check-in starts at 7:30 a.m.

  • Students interested in transferring to and/or learning more about Penn State Harrisburg can participate in VIRTUAL prospective visits and/or one-on-one VIRTUAL appointments w/ an Admissions Counselor.  

  • Students interested in the Salisbury campus or one of SU’s satellite campuses can schedule 45-minutes of time with a transfer admissions representative that will cover pre-transfer advising, the admissions process, and any questions about SU.

  • UMBC Admissions Counseling Appointments

    Chandler Stafford, UMBC's Transfer Coordinator, is available to meet with students to answer questions about UMBC programs, transfer resources, and the transfer admissions process.

  • Prepare for transfer success through the USG Transfer Pathway. Students transferring in Spring or Fall 2026 who complete the pathway may qualify for a $500 scholarship.

  • Melanie Gordon-Newell, UBalt’s transfer admissions Counselor is available to meet with students and help to answer any questions you have about programs and the transfer admissions process.

  • UMD Pre-Transfer Advisors are available for individual advising sessions with any MC student interested in transferring to a program offered at the College Park campus location.


  • A. James Clark School of Engineering Opportunities

    • Weekly in-person tours and virtual information sessions
      Register for an of engineering lab facilities or a about the Clark School, offered nearly every week in the fall semester.
