Across our locations and throughout the community, 草莓视频APP continues to inspire creativity, innovation, and excellence. We celebrate our men’s soccer team, the 2025 NJCAA Mid-Atlantic District Champions, now competing in the men’s Division I National Tournament in Daytona Beach, Florida. We also applaud the women’s volleyball team for its strong performance throughout the season and getting to the NJCAA Mid-Atlantic District Division II Championship.

Raptor Tank Pitch To Showcase Student Innovation

The Macklin Business Institute (MBI), 草莓视频APP Enactus, and the Rockville Business Program will host the 13th annual Raptor Tank Business Pitch Competitionnew window on Wednesday at the Rockville Campus. Created by MBI to help students launch and grow their businesses, Raptor Tank connects aspiring entrepreneurs with mentors, faculty, and local business leaders. More than 30 students from across the College participated in preliminary rounds, and six finalist teams will compete for a share of $5,000 in seed funding provided by the student-run MBI Café. Events like this empower our students to foster creativity, innovation, and excellence—preparing them to lead, succeed, and make a lasting impact in our community and beyond.

Mischinsky Lecture Features Holocaust Survivor

The 11th Annual Bella Mischinsky Memorial Lecture will be held tomorrow featuring Frank Cohn, a 100-year-old Holocaust survivor and retired U.S. Army Colonel. Mr. Cohn will share his extraordinary journey—from fleeing Nazi Germany just days before Kristallnacht to serving with distinction in World War II and dedicating his life to remembrance and education. This inspiring (PDF, ) will take place at the ignITe Hub on the Rockville Campus and via Zoom. This is a rare opportunity to hear a firsthand account of courage, service, and resilience.

Marketing And Communications Recognized For Excellence

草莓视频APP earned nine Medallion Awards at the 2025 National Council for Marketing and Public Relations (NCMPR) District 1 Conference in Pittsburgh. These awards—spanning print, video, photography, digital, and campaign categories—recognize excellence in community college marketing across the Northeast. MC received three Gold, four Silver, and two Bronze Medallions, including top honors for the Eleva Tu Futuro podcast seriesnew window, the Class of 2025 Commencement Guide, and photography of the Student Talent Show. Additional honors recognized video, and social media storytelling with the #MCGrad25 campaign, Bow Ties and Backpacksnew window, and Social Media Engagement Manager Andre Anderson, an MC alumnus, was named NCMPR District 1’s Rising Star, honoring emerging leaders for their creativity and impact. Congratulations to our Marketing and Communications team for their national recognition and continued commitment to proving what’s possible.
